New Foster Care Agency

The Coptic Foundation of Social Justice with the LA Coptic Diocese has recently started a new service called The Good Shepherd Foster Family Services www.tgsdiakonia.org where coptic families are encouraged to provide foster care services to children in the region.

Mission Statement:
The Good Shepherd Foster Family Agency, under the guidance of The Coptic Foundation for Social Justice, is dedicated to uplifting and serving the under-served individuals through compassionate, faith-driven foster care services. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children in need, guided by Christian principles of love, empathy, and social justice. We strive to empower each child to flourish and become a successful, contributing citizen, reflecting the love of the Good Shepherd in every aspect of our care.

Our vision at The Good Shepherd Foster Family Agency is to be a beacon of hope and a source of unconditional love in the foster care community. Inspired by our Christian faith and the teachings of Christ, we aspire to create a future where every child experiences the warmth of a supportive family environment.
