Where We Stand Today
A Certificate We Cannot Yet Receive.

For two years, by God's grace, we have been building a new multi-service facility to serve our parish and community. Construction is nearing its final stages — but we have arrived at an unexpected and urgent obstacle.
Our bank requires a Certificate of Occupancy to finalize the project's financing. The City of Rancho Cucamonga, however, will not issue that Certificate until the parking lot construction is complete. Without the parking lot, the building cannot open. Without the Certificate, we cannot move forward.
After carefully reviewing four competitive bids, our building committee has selected the contractor best suited to complete this work with quality and integrity.
